Andy Warhol

La semana pasada, tengo que reconocer que la tuve liada con proyectos y apenas pude publicar nada, pero hoy os traigo algo que tal vez os pueda interesar, a mi personalmente, me ha emocionado.

Después de varios intentos fallidos de querer ir a la exposición de Hermitage que ahora mismo esta en el Museo del Prado hasta mediados de marzo, han llegado a mis oídos, que esta semana, han traído la colección arte de Andy Warhol a mi ciudad!

Ésta exposición que recibe el nombre de "Andy Warhol. Portraits" esta formada por 99 piezas que muestran el recorrido de la vida, de uno de los artistas mas importantes que dieron nombre al movimiento "pop art" recoge todo el proceso de trabajo del artista a través de sus retratos serigrafiados, fotografías y primeros dibujos.

Se inaugura este Jueves 26 de Enero y estará en Zaragoza hasta el proximo 22 de Abril. En cuanto pueda os traeré mi propia experencia de esta oportunidad tan apetecible.

Last week, I have to admit that I had tied up with projects and could hardly publish anything, but today I bring you something that may be interesting, to me personally, I was excited!!

After several failed attempts at wanting to go to the Hermitage exhibition which is now in the Museo del Prado until mid-March, have come to my ears, this week, have brought the art of Andy Warhol collection to my town!

This exhibition is called "Andy Warhol. Portraits" is made up of 99 pieces that show the path of life, one of the most important artists that gave name to the movement "pop art" includes all the artist's working process through his silkscreen portraits, photographs and early drawings.

Opens this Thursday January 26th and will be in Zaragoza until next April 22. As you may bring my leaning on the experience of this opportunity so appealing.

Andy Warhol fue uno de los precursores al movimiento "pop art" que se dio en el S.XX, éste movimiento se reconoce por la utilización de carteles publicitarios, imagenes cotidianas del día a día, u objetos, que los separan de su funcionalidad y le dan paso a la ironia.

Otro de los grandes precursores e incluso con anterioridad a Warhol, fue Roy Linchtenstein, os dejo aqui algunas de sus obras. Estoy orgullosa de poder contaros que una de las fotos, está tomada por mi en la exposición que hay permanente en el Museo Tate Modern en Londres. 

Andy Warhol was one of the precursors to the movement "pop art" that occurred in the twentieth century, this movement is recognized by the use of billboards, daily images of everyday life, or objects, separating them from their functionality and give way to irony.

Was Roy Linchtenstein another of the pioneers and even before Warhol, I leave here some of his works. I am proud to tell you that one of the photos are taken by me in the permanent exhibition is the Tate Modern in London.

Sinceramente, después de haber estudiado algunos años maravillas de estos artistas, poder ver sus obras en persona, es una experencia única y que recomiendo totalmente.

Honestly, after having studied a few years wonders of these artists to see their works in person, is a unique EXPERIENCE I recommend completely.
